    The Clear-Vue™ Co-Sleeper® bassinet has two modes:  The Co-Sleeper® mode and the freestanding bassinet mode. The four breathable mesh sides, adjustable built-in leg extensions, and patented attachment strap and plate provide the safest sleep solution for you and your newborn. 

    All Clear-Vue™ Co-Sleeper® bassinets include everything you need to get started:  A sheet, a mattress, and a nylon attachment strap and plate. 

    No additional leg extensions are necessary with this Co-Sleeper®, because the legs have a built in adjustability. These legs adjust between 24" and 30" in 2" increments.

    If replacement or additional sheets are needed, the Mini size will fit the Clear-Vue™ Co-Sleeper® bassinet.

    The Co-Sleeper® brand bassinet should fit flush against the parental bed.  Federal standards require no more than a 1/2 inch (13mm) gap between bedside sleeper and adult bed.  

    Age Limits:

    The Co-Sleeper® and bassinet modes are only for an infant up to approximately 5 months in age or when the child begins to push up on hands and knees, whichever occurs first. Move your child to another sleeping product when this stage is reached.

    Arm's Reach® offers a 30 day return policy on all unused items. All merchandise must be in original unopened packaging and require a Return Authorization Number and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To obtain a return authorization (RA) # please contact us in writing at info@welcome2mycrib.com or at customer service at 1-800-407-3179; please have your order or invoice number handy.  A RA number will be issued along with the reason for returning. Please be advised that we do not accept returns on any mattresses. Any delivery without a RA# will be refused and proper credit will not be issued. Any item returned to Arm's Reach® for delivery refusal or various attempts will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well an additional shipping charge. 

     Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected to be found in the acceptable condition (Arm's Reach® offers a 30 day return policy on all unused items. All merchandise must be in its original unopened packaging) a credit for the merchandise minus the shipping and handling fee will be credited only to the original card used at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling.

Items will be delivered 3-10 days from shipping date.

    Order Shipment:

    What is your return policy?

    If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products not marked as non-returnable. If you or your little one are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product for a complete refund* to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the actual shipping and handling fees.  We do not accept returns after 15 days from delivery of the product. This applies to all returnable items. Our guest satisfaction is very important to us, we will do whatever we can to make you, our guest satisfied. If for some reason, after 15 days (no longer then 30 days), please call us immediately, and we will do what we can. Some Brands may require a restocking fee.     How do I return an item?

    Contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-800-407-3179. Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 9 am- 5 pm EST. They will issue you a return number (RMA Number). Items must be received back at the determined warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. Basically, all returns and exchanges just need to be in re-sellable condition, some items may be noted that they can only be returned in unopened packages. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange.

    My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

    IMPORTANT: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even if only slight, you should make note of it when signing for delivery (if applicable), or let us know as soon as you collect your package and inspect the product(s) received.
    In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective or missing parts, we will send you the missing/replacement parts free of charge. In this event, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send photos to info@welcome2mycrib.com  Upon receiving these, we will provide detailed instructions about next steps. If you receive an item from us that arrived damaged during shipping, or is defective in any way, please contact us immediately either at 1-800-407-3179,  or email us at info@welcome2mycrib.com or contact us via our Live Chat feature on www.Welcome2MyCrib.com . In order to properly address any issues, we need to be notified with 24 hours of receipt of the damaged item in order to process necessary claims with the shipping companies. Also, all that we will request is a few images of the damage and we will work to get you a replacement as soon as possible! If you see any damage on the package upon delivery, please note it on the BOL (Bill of Lading). This will help us get your replacement quicker.

    How do I cancel an order?

    We will do our best to try and cancel an order if we hear back from you immediately. Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is placed into processing immediately. Under normal circumstances, this is a good thing for you, getting your order shipped fast! Custom orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

    What happens if I refuse my package?
