All Orders $50.00 Total or above ship free unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Some Large Freight items may contain a handling fee.
Shipping for orders $49.99 or less - there is a flat fee charge of $5.95.
Shipping is quoted for Contiguous United States Only - (All USA States except Alaska and Hawaii) For Orders to Alaska and Hawaii, and International please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom quote for shipping. We are happy to ship anywhere and accommodate your shipping needs.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Items will be delivered 3-10 days from shipping date.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship usually within 2-3 business days from the date of your order, unless otherwise noted. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
At Welcome 2 My Crib, our return policy is simple and easy.
What is your return policy?
If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products not marked as non-returnable. If you or your little one are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product for a complete refund* to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the actual shipping and handling fees. We do not accept returns after 15 days from delivery of the product. This applies to all returnable items. Our guest satisfaction is very important to us, we will do whatever we can to make you, our guest satisfied. If for some reason, after 15 days (no longer then 30 days), please call us immediately, and we will do what we can. Some Brands may require a restocking fee. See below for details on non-returnable items.
* Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the actual shipping and handling fees subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
How do I return an item?
Contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-800-407-3179. Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 9 am- 5 pm EST. They will issue you a return number (RMA Number). Items must be received back at the determined warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. Basically, all returns and exchanges just need to be in re-sellable condition, some items may be noted that they can only be returned in unopened packages. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
IMPORTANT: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even if only slight, you should make note of it when signing for delivery (if applicable), or let us know as soon as you collect your package and inspect the product(s) received.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective or missing parts, we will send you the missing/replacement parts free of charge. In this event, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org Upon receiving these, we will provide detailed instructions about next steps. If you receive an item from us that arrived damaged during shipping, or is defective in any way, please contact us immediately either at 1-800-407-3179, or email us at email@example.com or contact us via our Live Chat feature on www.Welcome2MyCrib.com . In order to properly address any issues, we need to be notified with 24 hours of receipt of the damaged item in order to process necessary claims with the shipping companies. Also, all that we will request is a few images of the damage and we will work to get you a replacement as soon as possible! If you see any damage on the package upon delivery, please note it on the BOL (Bill of Lading). This will help us get your replacement quicker.
How do I cancel an order?
We will do our best to try and cancel an order if we hear back from you immediately. Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is placed into processing immediately. Under normal circumstances, this is a good thing for you, getting your order shipped fast! Custom orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
What happens if I refuse my package?
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you would like to return your order after it has already shipped, please contact us to receive an Return Authorization Number after the package has been delivered. If a package is refused the customer is liable for all round-trip shipping and handling fee’s incurred, and some restock fee’s may apply. The card used to place the initial order will be charged any shipping fee’s.
